Round 140: Amnesty - Game!

tinnySince there are already over 130 palettes to choose from for the amnesty round, I found I'm having a hard time deciding which ones to remake. So I asked magicrubbish to choose some palettes for me, and I chose some for them in return.
Now we're thinking we might not be the only ones with that problem. :D
If anyone else wants to play that game, you can
leave a comment on this post and ask for a number of palettes.
Anyone can reply and choose palettes for you. (If nobody does, I can choose for you. I'll give it until the weekend before I jump in.) You can agree to reciprocate/choose for each other, or just choose for someone and leave a request comment for the next person. There are no fixed rules (yet) - I'm making this up as I go, and we'll see how it works out.
There is absolutely no pressure/requirement attached to this game. If you run out of time/muse or the palettes simply don't speak to you, there are no negative consequences. Just see it as another source of inspiration!

For anyone who has come over here from there, I hope you will like this comm, too, and will have fun participating here. We offer bi-weekly challenges, and there is no voting, but all icons will be presented in a hall of fame a bit later.
Every 20th round is an amnesty round - the next one is coming up soon - where you can use any previous palette.

Hi, everyone!
It's been requested that we extend the duration of our challenges from one week to two. And seeing as I have dropped the ball on getting the challenges up on time, I figured that might be a good idea! So, you now have until 11:59 EDT/EST on Sunday August 16th to submit your entries for our current challenge: Sleepy Eyes! And from now on you'll have two weeks to submit your icons instead of just the one.
I hope that's cool with everyone and I can't wait to see more of your lovely icons for this week's palette!

Hi, everyone.
As I’m sure you’ve noticed, the amnesty round was supposed to end yesterday. I haven’t been able to post a new challenge as there was some extremely bad weather in my neck of the woods last night that caused us to lose power. As of writing this I still do not have working WiFi (I’m posting this by using 3G on my phone) and at this point do not know when I will have working WiFi again. Because of this, I’m going to extend the amnesty challenge for one more week!
This means that you now have until 11:59 P.M. EST/EDT on Sunday April 19th to submit any more icons for our second amnesty challenge!
I hope that’s alright with everyone and I hope you’re all staying safe, happy, and healthy!

Our next challenge will be up soon but in the meantime, a few friendly reminders:
- Entries are due by 11:59 EST on Sundays. If you're a little late (such as by a few minutes or an hour or two), that's fine but please don't post any entries days after the deadline. If you've made icons for a week's theme and don't have a chance to post them before the deadline, please wait until an amnesty round to post them! We have an amnesty round every 20 rounds and you can make as many icons as you like during this time.
- When tagging your posts, please tag them as round: ## and not as challenge: ##. I typically title the challenge post as Challenge: ## as they are the post that contains the challenge, but if it's less confusing I can start naming them as Round: ##. Let me know.

I have updated all the existing Hall of Fame posts with the icons made for round 20, the amnesty round. You can find them all here:
All existing means rounds 1 - 15. I'm still catching up.
Because I made 13 and 14 while round 20 was running, some of the icons are in the old part and some in the new part. Oops? They still all look pretty, I hope. *g*
One more thing: when you post your icons, please remember to also post the plain links in addition to the images. This makes it much easier for me to grab the links for the hall of fame posts. Thank you!

Hi, everyone! I was unexpectedly busy this past month and was a complete fail!mod. I'm so sorry! Thank you to everyone who has participated in our first amnesty round so far! The challenge should have ended last week but as I mentioned, I've been a failure of a mod.
The current amnesty round will end tomorrow, Nov 3rd at 11:59 EDT/EST! (But there's no penalties if you're a little late. It's okay to post your icons for this round a few hours/a day late. We're friendly here! Plus, it's a little last minute for me to be announcing this. Again, I am so truly sorry!)

Mod Post: Amnesty Round Questions
Sep. 29th, 2019 12:23 amdelacourtingsHi, everyone! Thank you so much for participating and making this comm (which is my first!) a success and making so many beautiful icons! Tomorrow a new challenge starts and that challenge will be our 20th challenge! My plan for this comm was to always have every 20th round be an amnesty round where you can make icons for any previous challenges. The plan is that you can make as few or as many icons as you like just if you have more than 3 put them behind a cut. Obviously, as there's the chance to make more icons, I want to extend the amount of time the challenge will be open for.
My question is: how long would you want this amnesty round to last?
