Wow, pretty. Do you do tutorials? And if so, do you have any on color popping like that?

No Dear , I have not done any tutorials yet . However, there are few things I do to create color pop effects . One is copy the icon and make the top layer soft light / overlay and adjust opacity.
Another is, I use the vibrance layer , I drag it to 100 , keeping the saturation level as it is.
Third is of course , using contrast and curve to increase the pop out effect of colors already existing in the palette. Sometimes, I use a small brush to draw over my subjects with a soft color , in soft light mode to increase brightness subtly.

I love how vibrant the coloring of the first icon is, and the background usage in the third icon is lovely. ♥ I love the text and composition of the second icon too. Amazing set! ♥
